Key Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for day-to-day contract delivery across the site
- Ensure all PPM and reactive works are completed in line with SLAs and KPIs
- Management and supervision of on-site engineering and support teams
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and service reviews
- Financial management of the contract including P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Identify and implement service improvements, efficiencies, and innovations
- Manage subcontractors and ensure quality control of third-party services
- Conduct regular audits, reports, and performance reviews
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience as an FM Contract Manager in a similar environment
- Solid understanding of P&L management and budget control
- Strong technical background, ideally from an engineering discipline (mechanical or electrical)
- Excellent leadership and client management skills
- Strong knowledge of compliance, H&S, and facilities operations
