Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engineering operations across multiple key locations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Manage the commissioning and integration of smart building technologies to enhance visitor experience and operational performance.
- Provide leadership and development to a team, including the Chief Electrician and an Electrical Apprentice.
- Monitor and optimise building performance data, implementing predictive maintenance strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and enforce health & safety best practices.
- Manage contractor performance and oversee outsourced engineering services.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, communicating technical insights to non-technical teams.
- Drive continuous improvement, ensuring the organisation remains at the forefront of engineering innovation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing engineering operations within complex building environments.
- Strong expertise in smart building technologies, BMS systems, and IoT integration.
- Leadership experience with a track record of developing and managing technical teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.
- Knowledge of compliance, health & safety regulations, and contract management in FM service provision.
- Engineering degree in a relevant discipline.
